Since over 15 years I have been working with Inner Space Techniques.
These techniques were developed by a meditation school, Clairvision School, for people in this modern world. They help us stay grounded and connected to ourselves, enabling us to become more aware of who we really are.
We want to find the root cause of the issue to be able to understand and let go of the stress/fear/worry or whatever the pattern or trauma is about.
As I mentioned before, I want to use techniques that really make a difference and these sessions alwaysbrings a shift in me. Feeling lighter or more solid or relieved compared to the emotions I started with in the session.
