I´m happy to paint something special for you!
It started in the desert.....
I made a solo trip into the centre of Australia 2016 and I was deeply inspired by the beautiful desert and also the female aboriginal artists and their special style and techniques. After arriving back home simply started creating and kept on going. My standpoint is to flow with what´s in the moment. What comes out after moments of despair : ) feels sacred to me. I´m in awe about the creative process.
My space when painting is like a precious bubble and it reminds me of when I was sewing and doing handicrafts as a kid.
I work mostly on canvas and with acrylic paint. Sometimes it´s fun to work with my fingers but I often also find it amusing to look for different objects to use and I like exploring new ways of creating structure and texture. Other fellow artists give me lots of new ideas.
